Mohannad Ghailan

Mohanad Ghailan is a seasoned HR and operations leader with over 15 years of diverse experience spanning human resources, project management, and construction. He holds a business degree with a focus on entrepreneurial management, professional certifications in project management and strategic HR leadership, and a technical qualification in construction. Throughout his career, he has managed multimillion-dollar projects, led strategic recruitment initiatives, improved staff retention, and implemented professional development programs that have fostered a high-performing workplace culture. Fluent in English and Arabic, Mohanad is known for his people-centered, solutions-driven approach to leadership and organizational growth.

Dr. Mohamed Ghilan

Dr. Mohamed Ghilan is a medical doctor and neuroscientist with an MD from the University of Queensland and a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Victoria. He is an advanced trainee in Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine in Australia and has held academic roles at Deakin School of Medicine and Kwantlen Polytechnic University. With expertise in curriculum development, clinical education, and research, Dr. Ghilan supports ECSM’s vision in establishing a world-class Medical and Applied Sciences University in Qatar.
